MY STORY

My journey has taken me from the streets of Ghana to the highest levels of collegiate and professional soccer, shaping not only the coach I am today but the leader I’ve become. Every step of that journey has reinforced one belief:

Success is built through discipline, consistency, and serving others.

Today, I am the Head Women’s Soccer Coach at Saint Peter’s University, where I lead an NCAA Division I program focused on developing confident players, strong leaders, and championship-caliber teams. Beyond the college game, I continue to mentor aspiring athletes through Soccer Virtuoso, helping players maximize their potential both on and off the field.

Whether I’m recruiting internationally, leading a training session, or speaking with young athletes, my goal remains the same:

Leave people better than I found them.

THE JOURNEY

My playing career began in Ghana before opportunities took me to the United States, where I represented the U.S. Youth National Teams (U-14 & U-18), became an NCAA All-American at Iona University, and played professionally with clubs including the New York Red Bulls and Næstved BK in Denmark.

Those experiences shaped the coach and leader I am today.

Rather than simply teaching the game, I strive to create environments where players develop confidence, resilience, accountability, and character that extends far beyond soccer.
